If we cannot deliver your booking for any reason, you receive a full refund. No questions asked. We never take payment without first confirming availability.
Full refund: If we fail to confirm your booking, or if you cancel within 24 hours of payment.
Partial refund: After 24 hours, subject to the provider's cancellation policy. We will always advocate for the maximum refund possible.
Non-refundable: Fully confirmed and utilized bookings cannot be refunded.
To request a refund, message @LUMRIC on Telegram with your booking reference. Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours to your original payment method.
Cryptocurrency refunds are sent to the original wallet address at the USD value at time of refund, not time of purchase. We cover all network fees.
We encourage contacting us directly for any dispute before initiating a chargeback. Our support team resolves 99% of issues within hours.
